I'm Ken, an English learner who constantly watches YouTube videos to improve my English skills daily. Along the way, I developed a Chrome Extension named LanguagePuppy and a matching web app to help us learn. It works not only for English but also for any language. The only limit is that there should be videos in that language on YouTube.
