It does a really great job.

There are phonetic transcriptions for both British and American English, along with detailed explanations and examples. This is a really great way for me to learn pronunciation and expand my vocabulary in the end.

I've been studying American English using a YouTube video about the six best tips for super-powered sleep, after the pillow video. Watching videos is a fun way to learn! Here are the language points I picked up while taking notes.

Key Vocabulary

Here are some great words and phrases to add to your daily English:

Regularity (noun)

This means something happens or is done often and at the same time. The video says “Regularity is king” to emphasize how important it is.

Hey guys, I'm Ken. I'm learning English by watching real-life YouTube videos and practicing what I learned.

So I had a stiff neck last night, and it was super painful. I was wondering how to avoid it again in the future, so I searched for some YouTube videos and learned along the way. Based on them, I realized that pillows play a vital role.

I watched one video in particular in detail: "How to choose the best pillow for you", and I took some notes and would like to share some highlights here. If you want to master these words and phrases, you can copy all these notes, head over to LanguagePuppy and do that.

I believe one meaningful way to learn a language is by watching how natives speak it, English is no exception. In this blog post, I'm going to share a few vocabulary words and phrases that I learned from a bunch of videos about Fat Bear Week on YouTube.

But first and foremost, what is Fat Bear Week?

According to Wikipedia:

Fat Bear Week is an annual event held in late September or early October by Katmai National Park and Preserve in Alaska, commemorating the seasonal preparations made by Alaska peninsula brown bears inhabiting Katmai as they ready themselves for their winter hibernation.

Note: Before diving into today's blog post, you definitely should check out some notes on videos from these channels: Shared Notes

If you’re learning English, YouTube videos are among the best resources for improving your listening and speaking skills. But since English is so widely used, people around the world use it differently, making it challenging to decide where to focus.

As a language learner, it's often best to stick to one accent, and I personally prefer American English. If you feel the same way, stick around! I'm sharing the YouTube channels focused on American English that I found super helpful for my language journey.
